Perak Prihatin Card

Perak Perhatin card is cashless smart card that enables 17,000 low-income earners from social welfare department and Baitulmal in Perak State to purchase basic necessities at over 170 grocery stores every month.

By processing these grants electronically, we not only cut down Perak State Government expenditure to disburse funds to these recipients, but also restrict the usage of funds to welfare activities only.
