Skills you need
– 8+ years of B2B2C working experience in agent management/ MLM or digital advertising.
– Strong digital marketing & data analytics skills.
– Professional Degree in Business / Marketing.
– Proficiency in Adobe PS, Firebase & Fb/Google Ads.
1. Develop & execute Business Plan to achieve corporate objectives.
2. Lead & track the execution of strategies & plans to ensure effective recruitment of merchants and consumers. And pivot quickly to address gaps if any.
3. Build a new team and collaborate with other cross-functional departments & stakeholders to ensure product requirements, development and roll out in a timely & cost-effective manner.
4. Lead the design of user journey to ensure great consumer experience of the product.
5. Design & prepare regular/monthly performance management & progress tracking system to ensure appropriate KPI metrics are met.
7. Conduct market trend & competitive landscape analysis regularly to facilitate the review and update of strategic initiatives & priorities.
