About the role:
We are looking for an energetic and sales driven Operations Manager to be the main point of contact for our sales and marketing team. Our Sales team will rely on you to keep everything up and running. You will play the most vital part in the success of our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for the sales operations/support team.
Define quarterly objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase acquisition and activation.
Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics.
Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools.
Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding of new sales staff.
Assist with sales team administration and project prioritization.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to the sales team.
Create monthly sales report.
In charge of product costing, Inventory, and orders.
Requirements:
Experience in sales ops, business ops, or similar role.
Ability to understand sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
Experience creating reports, optimizing processes, and training new hires.
Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of sales activities, other reporting engine, and email marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business. Administration, Marketing, or any related field,
Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in operation.
